I want to cancel my cover

I took an Insurance Policy with Pineapple, they have been very consistent with responding to any queries before accepting. Now that I agreed to their cover, I have been trying to get one of their agents to call me back to correct a few mistakes on my cover document and get assistance with their App, their whatsapp is not responding, this is very scary as a first time buyer
