I WANT MY PREMUIMS BACK!!!!!!

I have had major issue wiuth this insurer for the past 2 months... Both months being billed/debited incorrect premiums and not as promised when I reviewed my vehicle insurance. I need to cancel them and get both January and February' insurance premiums back because they have not done as they promised and assured me... Their underwriter, IWYZE is throwing their reputation down the drain.

Firstly, I was debited 110.39 in January when it was reviewed and I was assured that the premuim would be R829.83, with a policy update document sent as confirmation. This was then updated to a premium of R814, with a pro-rata refund promised on the previous debit R1100.39. I have proof of this aswell.

Then this month I got debited R996.88, God knows where this amount comes, I certainly have no idea...

Please someone help me get my premiums back so I can get better cover and service elsewhere. I want no explanations or justifications, I just want my premiums back so I can go and find another car insurer...
