I took out insurance with Pineapple, and my start date was from 13
I took out insurance with Pineapple, and my start date was from 13.04.2024, so i then received a cheaper quote from another insurer, and i canceled my insurance with them during my cooling off period and was supposed to be refunded but now they saying i canceled my insurance after my cooling off period which i know is not the case. Be smart before taking out insurance with pineapple as they are only there to take your money and not look after their clients' interest. This is unacceptable from my side as i also had to wait 8 days before getting feedback about my refund.
