I struggled at first
I struggled at first. I couldn't get through to them. After I went onto the website and submitted a claim, everything went smoothly. I was helped by Vikesh Naidoo, who was very patient with me. His voice was calm and soothing in the horrible situation I found myself in. After the call, he followed up with an email, as communicated. Very efficient and effective.
