I spoke to Yvonne from Pineapple this morning after speaking to a different agent before. Yvonne has definitely helped me more with regard to my inquiry. Although the previous agent in previous situations has also been a great help, she did not quite assist well with the previous situation before Yvonne. Overall, pineapple insurance, as with all other insurance companies, has negatives about them. In my opinion, the customer service agents do well in assisting clients, but at times, they lack integrity and honesty with clients, especially looking at the times we are living in. Nobody can afford to pay sky-high premiums with no one at these companies having the decency to advise clients in the best way wherever they can.
