I sent a message on 30 July @ 08:00 and received a response from pineapple at 13:30. I was not very happy and felt like terminating my contract. On the 31st I received a call from pineapple and the problem was resolved. The persons who assisted me were very helpful and I opted to remain with pineapple, also because of affordability
