I requested a policy summary on the app with my email address captured but it wasn't coming through
I requested a policy summary on the app with my email address captured but it wasn't coming through. Upon requesting it via a live chat, it took time for someone to respond to my chat (the next day). Now they are sending me emails days after requesting it and asking me if I was assisted. Which I found very disappointing. What would happen if I need assistance during an accident?
