I referred two people to Pineapple insurance and after they took theu insurance the consultants that were assisting them said I should claim for my R1000 reward or commision for each of them

I referred two people to Pineapple insurance and after they took theu insurance the consultants that were assisting them said I should claim for my R1000 reward or commision for each of them. And when I enquired about that with Pineapple said there should be 3 consecative months of paying the premium before I could get the reward. I feel like they are very dishonest because the consultants could have said so if it was working like that
