I recently switched bank accounts and needed to update my debit orders, including my car insurance. I wasn’t sure how to go about it, so I reached out to Pineapple on Twitter. True to his word, he called soon after. Honestly, the whole thing took just a few minutes. He updated my details while we were on the phone, and I received the new DebiCheck mandate from FNB soon after, which I approved.
