I recently interacted with Pineapple because my device got damaged

I recently interacted with Pineapple because my device got damaged. The waiting period was long and stressful but the consultant who helped me with my claim process whos name was Pearl was of great assistance ,the claim process was long but she kept giving me feedback everyday and kept me in the loop at all times (I didn't even know that pineapple consultants can call you). She was of great assistance and I wish every pineapple consultant is of her nature because its very stressful to have something of yours damaged or ****** .Having someone like her who is kind and selfless enough to ensure you that they doing they best to help and get things done for you is wonderful. She held my hand throughout until my device was repaired and delivered back to me. They should at least try to improve their claim process procedure as I waited weeks for my claim to be approved
