I recently had a telephonic conversation with Katekani regarding my premium, and I must say she was incredibly helpful, understanding, and kind throughout the call. Additionally, I’d like to extend my gratitude to Kursha, who promptly responded to my request on WhatsApp and was exceptionally supportive. Overall, Pineapple provided excellent service, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and efficiency.
