I recently had a problem with my car, I sent it for repairs and contacted Pineapple insurance for assistance and I was assisted by a lady named Valencia, she was exceptional, she rep**** to my query fast and explained to me what I didn't understand and the mater was resolved in a matter of minutes which is what I expect from my insurer.
