I received amazing service using the Pineapple Insurance app from Thulile. I had lots of questions and updates about my policy and she provided the best service. She answered all my questions and all updates to my policy were done correctly and timeously. Big ups to Pineapple for having a chat feature on the app cause this would have been a very long call.
