I needed to send a copy of my proof of insurance to MotorHappy which is under MFC, and there was a little bit of a mismatch on my engine number on the actual proof of insurance. I then asked one of the agents from Pineapple to assist me with amending my proof of insurance or rather putting in the correct engine number. I was assisted swiftly by Nosiphiwo. She first asked me security questions in order for her to validate that I am indeed insured by Pineapple and she went ahead and sent the correct proof of insurance via email and followed up by calling to ensure that everything is in order . I was extremely panicky and frustrated due to that small mismatch, but she made sure to call afterwards to ensure that everything is okay and she even anticipated my needs and asked if there’s anything else that she can assist me with other than what I had asked her for. She is absolutely amazing. The world needs more people like Nosiphiwo especially working in a customer oriented industry.
