I needed help with adding credit shortfall cover to my existing car insurance policy. I sent Pineapple a message on WhatsApp with all the necessary information. There was a delay in initially getting back to me, but once Nomfundo responded, everything went smoothly. I received my updated policy schedule within minutes of her assisting me. She is seems kind and is very eager to help
