I lost my cellphone which I had insured with Pineapple on a night out
I lost my cellphone which I had insured with Pineapple on a night out. Once I submitted my claim to Pineapple, they assisted and supported me throughout the claims process. I would especially like to send a shout to Farzhana Essop who was my claims agent, she assisted throughout the process and always ensured I was in the loop in terms of where the process was.
