I initially struggled to get them to respond to my queries
I initially struggled to get them to respond to my queries. I then spoke to George who was very helpful and apologized for the situation. He then referred me to Josiah at retentions who was very efficient and friendly and he sorted out my issues quickly. I’m definitely pleased with both their services.
