I have some concerns regarding the excess during after hours ie between 23h00 and 06h00
I have some concerns regarding the excess during after hours ie between 23h00 and 06h00. Boitumelo did explain my queries very well but I still have doubts regarding the additonal excess that must be paid regarding certain facts. Other than that I'm happy with my policy. I'm not 100percent happy with only making a claim using the app instead of speaking with a consultant.
