I have been with Pineapple for a year now...I needed my banking details to change from my previous bank to the one I am using now,Nerissa went above and beyond to make sure I am helped,it is over the phone yes but I can tell you now that she puts her heart into her Job!!❤️❤️I would choose her anyday if I have something I need clarity with!!!
