I have been trying to get a copy of my call recording and the agent Sibusiso has been blatantly ignoring my requests I requested for a contact number to call and that is also being ignored. Pineapple has to pay the referral fee to my son as he referred us to them, we were advised by the consultant that this will be done after the 2nd successful premium payment, this was not done, my son has been in contact with them and now they are giving us the runaround. I am so disappointed with the service I've received, I'm actually considering cancelling my policy with Pineapple
