I have been assisted by Thulile on the pineapple app and I'm happy 😊 with the service she offered me. I was canceling the policy and she nearly got me to stay with pineapple 🍍 but I couldn't stay due to other reasons 😒. I hope she continues offering her excellent service to all pineapple 🍍 customers
