I had such a lovely experience with Owami from Pineapple Insurance. She was so kind and patient, and I really appreciated how honest she was — if she wasn’t sure about something, she made the effort to find out and called me back exactly when she said she would. She helped me so much with my claim and made the whole process feel easy. Truly such a gem! 🌸
