I had problems with downloading your app

I had problems with downloading your app. Lynique contacted me to assist. We tried everything both of us knew. Her support in this matter was something i had forgotten existed!! The problem has been resolved after I discovered a security issue on my phone. If i may, this lady deserves a platinum medal for her efforts. Nevermind the professional way she went about it. I will now revert back to the unprofessional service I will get from other service providers. I have thanked her already and I hope that she gets a chance to see this as a show of my gratitude. I will recommend pineapple based on their service alone!!!
