I had one of my phones insured with Pineapple from day one of purchase

I had one of my phones insured with Pineapple from day one of purchase. my phone got lost in Sep 2023. Firstly I struggle to logged a claim with them since it was hard to locate them without the phone . After winning in logging a call September 2023 for a cellphone still to date not settled with no feedback or way forward from Pineapple . This day and age living without a phone is the hardest while one was being charged premium till Nov 2023 on a lost item 🤞🏽. It’s been 4months of no feedback on the cellphone claim status. ***. This insurance it’s a **** with zero service to clients.
