I had in a way a bad experience
I had in a way a bad experience. I found myself listed on credit bureau for insurance I did sign up for. When I communicated my challwirh them they sent a letter of cancelation even though i never agreed to any policy, I only did a quotation

03 Jul 2025, 13:48Pineapple insurance does not have good business ethics. I requested a quote from the company and i did not accept and I did not sign any agreement. I recently discovered that I am listed on the credit bureau for non payment of premiums. I contacted the company and the letter that they wrote is stating that the insurance is cancelled because of non payment of premiums. That is ********* bunisess practice.

it has been two days waiting from a call from Pineapple and my issue has not yet been resolved. My quiry is relating to my name being flaggd at the credit Bureau for an insurance policy that does not exist. I DID NOT SIGN UP for any insurance with Pineapple, yet they wrote me a letter stating that the insurance was cancelled due to non payment of premiums. I am in the process of buying a property and this issue with PINEAPPLE is giving me a headace. I need answers from PINEAPPLE .
