I had an accident in May 2025, the process of claiming was not smooth at all as it took a little over two months to settle
I had an accident in May 2025, the process of claiming was not smooth at all as it took a little over two months to settle. Between Pineapple and Renew It I was told stories but I will say there is a gentleman by the name of Mihlali Hlaba who got assigned to my claim mid-way. He had excellent service and people skills, if all employees were like him rating will go beyond 5 star
