I had a mixed experience

I had a mixed experience. Reaching out to pineapple is not easy and can be frustrating. My experience was made worse by the first consultant that reached out to me, Fezile, he started the chat then went on to ignore me. He made my claim experience a terrible one but I kept reaching out to pineapple till Banele started a chat with me and she was great. She engaded me often which was great because constant communication is reassuring. If I could rate my experience with the consulant separate from the company, I'd give Banele a 5 star or 10 if possible then go on to give a 1 star rating to pineapples claims/chat process my and my experience to Fezile
