I got an email about my premium which I wasn’t too happy about, I sent a request for a chat on the pineapple app and I got a call from Refilwe who connected me to Yesmine. I was impressed by their friendliness and willingness to help without any sense in impatience. Processes to be followed thoroughly explained and followed through. At no point did I be made feel like I was nagging for not understanding the process followed.
