I definitely love the affordability. Pineapple is very much cheap. But lately I'm having doubts on what will hepen when In need of assistance. The fact that you can't call them. You depend on WhatsApp the their response can take days... only goes thru once u talk to them again it's very poor. I logged in an application with my new phone. My profile on de app is nt the same. Now I have 1 car showing instead of 2 n that 1 car status showing that it's not insured. Now I must start again de hole procces of completing my car details n my personal details The worst part is the emergency assistance number have timings.
