I called in on Saturday, I was assisted by Nonhlanhla, I wanted some clarity about my policy. And she took her time to explain everything and very the information for me. And then she referred me to somebody else (Trishen) that I spoke with on Monday, his service was swift and efficient. I’m really happy with the service I got, thank you
