I appreciate the assistance I got from Thato and Precious. Thato Phala as the senior advisor did extremely well in explaining to what goes into the review and lead to the price change but of course looking at my profile he was able to bring my Premium down from R1733 to R1444.57. I truly appreciate the assistance. If feels like a true business-service relationship
