Horrible services

Horrible Horrible service, I took a policy with Pinapple insurance, and I was promised the best service but it has been almost 2 weeks and my premiums were not collected and I'm not covered and they could not be bothered to actually tell me why and when this will be resolved. I have sent emails but no resolution or any plans to actually try and assist just automated emails.
