HORRIBLE SERVICE. THEY ARE UNREACHABLE IN AN EMERGENCY!!
I got into a car accident 4 days ago and I still haven't had access to a real agent to talk to. I have not had any feedback regarding my claim. No one has spoken to me to address any concerns/questions I have since the accident led to a police investigation. It feels as though I have no insurance whatsoever. Whenever I try to reach out using the app, since they do not have a telephone number, the app says "agent will contact you soon". BUT NO ONE EVER DOES. At this point it appears like this insurance is a fly by night. Save yourself the drama. You will definitely be stranded in an emergency. I will be cancelling my insurance with them
