Horrible Service
I only have bad things to say about Pineapple.I will never refer this company to any of my fam/friends.My daughter has been paying without fail.She was involved in a terrible incident- and her phone was taken-she got a case no.& now they trying everything not to help her.I’m glad I canceled

07 Oct 2021, 15:38She has been busy with this claim for almost a month- since the 20th of last month. First they were ignoring her emails etc. She had to keep contacting them. It is really wrong for the treatment she is receiving. She has been with you’ll since last year- never missing a payment and this is what she gets.
