HORRIBLE SERVICE BY PINEAPPLE INSURANCE

Completely appalled by the services of Pineapple insurance I have spent nearly a month firstly trying to make a claim and there were errors. I inform them of same and I am promised contact which never came. Further to that, now that they had received the claim, they further delay in correspondence. Their site shows that a person is currently available yet the messages are not being read. They pretend that the chat box means anything when messages there are being ignored by the very same people who are meant to assist you. Just today, I am claiming for a ****** cellphone and yet they call me on the very same handheld that I am claiming for. When I immediately respond with an alternative number, nobody calls me and once again they ignore people. There is no customer service. At All. They hide behind bots all day and I have names. I am utterly and bitterly disappointed and wish I never took them up as an insurer. I do not even have a reference number for my claim and my emails are repeatedly ignored, they do not even confirm receipt of documents and advise of a turn around time.
