HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a dreadful experience I have been receiving from Pineapple insurance. I lodged my claim it been a week now, trying to get them to communicate with me on how the my claim is going and I get the same response after hours of constantly reaching out to them saying they I still validating my documents which i send them from the word go. they said i should wait for about 5-7 working days which I have. now that the 7 days is over they are telling me about large volumes of claims that they have again meaning I will have to wait even though their waiting period which they said I should wait is over. WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPRERIANCE. I WOULDN'T WISH IT FOR MY WORST ENEMY, IT HEART-BREAKING.
