Horrible experience with this insurer!!

Horrible experience. Had my iPhone insured for over a year but after I lost it on the 16th July and claimed but my claim has still not gone anywhere and I can’t speak to a consultant in real time they take over 4days to reply. I have the case number and the reference from my network provider but nothing mxm.
