Horrible Experience
I’m struggling to understand how WhatsApp can be considered an effective means of communication when messages go unanswered for days. I sent a message on Monday and followed up on Tuesday—still no response. Imagine if this were an emergency or an accident. This has been a truly disappointing experience.
