Horrible Claim process and resolution process with constant changing information and you having to chase them for everything. Don't advise using them
Horrible claim and resolution process including incorrect information given regarding excesses
Claim took over a month to resolve despite following up this was due to they error and sales consultant providing wrong information. I was going to be over charged excess.
Had to pay for my repair myself. Then they came back to say my claim was approved with the correct excess a month later. This was after I called in mind you.
Now there only refunding based on what I paid instead of what they originally charged (where was expected to pay double the excess) for the repair which I find ridiculous and to be told it's because I was honest so they match what I paid instead of using what they quoted (mind you they quoted double what I paid and yet refuse to refund me because I was honest sent through the quote as requested by them, now they no looking at what they originally chathed for the repair against what I paid but are matching it to pay less.
Really horrible service, constant follow ups required and horrible process to pay as little as possible despite they errors and service
