Absolutely disgusting.

I was closed by a sales advisor telling me my premium would be R1180 or something like that. Upon receiving my documents I see a premium of almost R1500. Of course I decide to cancel the policy, the retention advisor says he will listen the call first. I give him the opportunity to listen to the call but tell him that I must not be debited and he must call me back in time. As you guessed it, it didn’t happen and I was debited. Furious, I ask them to just cancel and send me the refund, to which I was told I will have my money back in 7 days, this was over 2 weeks ago. I have my wedding in January and every single cent goes a long way so imagine having so much trouble getting a refund.
