Honestly the service is bottom of the barrel
Honestly the service is bottom of the barrel. Got helped by Austin. Took about 4 days to officially resolve my queue. All I needed was for him to confirm that the company they sent me to for inspection sent the documents. He took a while to understand my query and even got defensive. Didn’t even offer to call until I asked for an escalation.
