Helpless pensioner

I've been trying to make contact with this company for over a month to cancel my policy. I've sent emails and made contact via WhatsApp and still no feedback. I got a number to call , when we get through to an agent after 15-20min, no one speaks but in the background there is commotion and agents speaking. I am an elderly man and a pensioner. It takes a lot for me to get around and to call every time. I've even been to Old Mutual and they were unable to assist me.
