Help with claim

I recently made a claim and Kushan helped me through the whole process. She provided information about my cover as I was not sure if cracked windscreens are covered. She also helped my actually make the claim as I struggled with the app ( I think there is an issue on one of the steps) and she directed me to the website where I was able to do the whole thing. Her service is great
