Headache free claims

Had a frustrating event in which my Apple Watch was lost , I reported this to Pineapple and within minutes Nonhlanhla rep**** and advised what next steps needed to be followed. I did what I needed to do and within less than the time she stipulated she had approved my claim. Chatting to her was fantastic, replies literally in seconds and my issue quickly resolved. I’ve always like Pineapple for their service however this champion has set the bar real high for the rest. Thank you
