Literal harassment! All I wanted was a quote and have been harassed with 32 phone calls in 1 week after I opted out via your whatsapp line. If I wanted your insurance I would have proceeded to purchase online.

For a company that has a pretty good billboard campaign, surely you should realise call centre marketing is outdated, especially since you give people the option to buy online!
