Happy with Banele from Pineapple Insurance

I had a claim handled by Banele from Pineapple Insurance. They had to follow their processes like any other insurance, and while it can be a bit frustrating going through these at times, Banele was excellent and very professional in doing her work. She was fair and understood my situation, that there is no accredited device repair centre for my device in Cape Town. In the end, I am very happy with her service as an individual and think she is an excellent ambassador for the brand. Thank you Banele for the great service.
