Really happy with the service received this far and I recently had some trouble loading 2 new devices onto my policy via the Pineapple app and the customer service consultant who assisted me resolved me query within minutes and had my devices covered. I’ve received the best service from Pineapple and will continue to be one of their loyal clients… the live chat option on the app is really helpful and they are very efficient in resolving queries and claims.
