Had a lovely lady, Palesa, assist in ensuring the correct vehicle is registered on my policy. She proceeded to help sort out the technicalities regarding my app. Although only being able to chat only and not get a physical call, she was very helpful and provided feedback as soon as it was possible. She further helped with letting me know that the inspection has been accepted by the tech team. So far so good. Thanks
