Had a bad experience with Pineapple car insurance as they rejected my claim due to pre-inspection photos they requested via WhatsApp and i did not see it
Had a bad experience with Pineapple car insurance as they rejected my claim due to pre-inspection photos they requested via WhatsApp and i did not see it. As a new driver, when you join such it becomes too overwhelming so the only best service i got was from Glenda and Simphiwe as they assisted me with the process of cancelling the insurance even though they were sad to see me go, i just hope they do better for other new customers.
