I recently had a an issue with my 2003 Golf Gti where it had to be towed due to a mechanical fault. Once making use of the easy app on my cell phone to Pineapple, I received an immediate call from an agent named, COLOCIANS. With her expert communication skills and experience she assisted me immediately after verifying my information.

They arranged for a tow truck which was close to my location and removed my vehicle to a place where it could be repaired at my own leisure. The tow truck Driver, Robert, with his speedy arrival ensured that this was done with minimum time frame.

Whats amazing is that the agent kept me updated every step of the way and also checked in on me with a courtesy call once the task was completed.
